This is an agreement between you and Helen Unwin Coaching. This website (helenunwincoaching.com) offers personal and group life coaching services, bespoke corporate coaching solutions and personal development blogs, tools and articles. By using this website you acknowledge you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
Purchasing & Pricing policy
When buying a life coaching package, service or event ticket, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the booking and payment process.
The prices we charge for our services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Refund and Cancellation policy
The refund policy for the package, service, event or bespoke corporate contract will be stated and must be agreed to during the booking and payment processes. If clients purchase a package and change their mind, without having received any of the services purchased within 14 days of the date purchased, we will offer a full refund based upon the original payment method.
Right to change offering
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Intellectual property, copyrights and logos
